Carla & Laura
What I loved most about this wedding (besides everything) was how Laura and Carla incorporated their natural surroundings into so many of the wedding details. Close friends decorated a bridge the brides made their entrance on with local flowers, seaweed from the ocean and even a pineapple to represent their home state, Hawaii. Driftwood was brought in from the beach to decorate table centerpieces. Larger trunks and limbs of driftwood were brought in to create the perimeter for their ceremony which was held outside, under a large tree on a hilly lawn. Wildflowers were stuffed into the crevices of these larger pieces of drift wood. The beauty of Cambria was well represented in this wedding. It was an intimate, heart warming and very fun wedding. I enjoyed getting to know the brides, their family and friends. All the feels for this one!
Home brewed beer made for the reception by a family member. With the couples picture on the beer caps! How cool and super personalized is that!?
